Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and have a good month .

I just sprayed my last Valejo dull coat on my 100 mm Spotted Hawk Indian

Its a very old Albion kit of Sioux Indian in 100 mm in white metal .

I made a kind of convertion adding scratched leather pants to him, as the original was bare feet . I used aluminium foil for this purpose. I also reposed his hands a bit , more to my likings.

All of it is painted in Valejjo acrylic paints.

The lil base is made of some small rock , natural piece of tree, real soil and some tall grass and physical tiny flowers..

On his flesh coloration i tried to represent the pale to brown colors of indians. On his jacket highlights and shadows , i kept a low toning due to the very dark color and after carefully observed similiar clothes and their reaction to light.

Shield is totally freehand painted, and tried to copy some schemes from indian reference books .

Ok no more to tire u guys here is the thingie.
Thanks for ur patience to see all pictures loaded !!!!

    CostaS

I think that you did a great job there my friend. I really like the overall result and can't wait to see more indians from you.

Fantastic work Costas........I love how you used foil to make the pants and also added the shoes. Excellent work my friend. The added hair on the shield was well done too. The only area I feel you could improve on is to add more contrast to your colors. Whats next my friend?

    Hello Costas!

(Do you remember the "old" Wikinger?)
    You made nice Indian, really!
The feathers and the wear and tear is very convincing. Also the tree is excellent. Congrats!
