Absolutely superb painting; makes me want to toss my brushes away on the one hand and on the other hand to stop what I am working on and start working on mine.

Hi guys, really glad you like it
As requested here are (more or less ) the mixes used:

    - base: Vallejo 70614 IDF Israelí Sand
(that color is polyurethane acrylic, supposedly not designed to be thinned or diluted, but works perfectly mixed with other regular acrylics, or diluted with vallejo glazing mediums)

    - Light:Mig 038 Light Wood
    - glazes for intermediate lights/shadows: Ak 3082 ww1 British uniform lights
    - shadows: Ak ww1 british uniform shadow
    - Extreme shadows: Ak 3123 russian uniform shade (or any dark drab green)

    Hope it helps,
    Cheers

It's so hard to paint a drab khaki colour and make it interesting...I have tried and failed on many occasions, this one works a treat!
