    Hi everyone (y)
Im Antonio from Spain, I've been modelling about a year from now, mostly in children clay, I want to show you my first scale figure in Super Sculpey firm, I have to say that I like this material alot, so this is the stage of this bust, I started this one in mid summer and now Im ready to start with the details like insignias, glasses, clothes textures, etc...
hope you like it, saludos amigos!
btw: shoulders have been wide increased and hat reduce, I'll post new pics soon!

    Dupe post?

Sorry, I see it's part of your Vbench. Just wodering why it was posted again, that's all. Cool piece. The likeness is spot-on. I agree with the other's comments about the torso (arms and shoulders) being a tad small, but over all a great looking sculpt!

I agree. We finally have a Rommel that looks like him. :)
I know he does have narrow shoulders, but the shoulders
on the bust are too narrow.

Before you make the medals, you might want to watch out for
the placement of the breast pockets. I think the breast pockets
are positioned too much towards outside.
This will result in smaller pockets, hence less space for the medals.

Ah... I see. The jacket seems to be a privately made one
as it was a normal practice among high ranking German officers.

As for the knight's cross, I would use think sheets of plastic.
Maybe you can add the small details with putty on top.
    Just my 2 cents.

    Great work!

    Be careful Antonio,

Don't feel you have to do this sculpt in one piece. When the head is just right pop it in the oven and set the thing! You can always do the jacket and hat later.

Keep going, BUT! you also have to know when to stop!

    Cheers,
    Jon.
