Hello everyone

Young Miniatures RAF Bomber Pilot. Painted with acrylics- Jo Sonja and Vallejo, Scale 75. I did use some oils on the helmet. I hope you like it.

Nice one Matt - he's got a gritty, real world feel to him that other versions, good though they are, don't catch for me like your version does. The jacket and equipment are especially authentic - feeling. If I can ask, what were your colours for the sheepskin jacket - the leather is great! I have Young's USAAF pilot in the queue and he's got a leather A2 that I'd like to distress like you've done.

Thanks! The jacket was painted with a combination of scale 75 Brown Leather, Red Leather and Orange Leather. I added black and Vallejo Orange Brown. The collar was Vallejo Earth and Sunny Skintone, shade with black and some Andrea Ink.

Yup, this pilot turned out looking cool. I took notice of how the oxygen mask has just the right amount of sheen to look like rubber.
