The bust has sprung from my favorite book, the classic Cossack novel "Tychij Don" ("And quiet flows the Don") by Mikhail Sholokhov, who received therefore the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1965 ...:




It is the Soviet actor Pyotr Petrovich Glebov, who played the leading role of "Grigory Melechov" in the original film version of 1957/58 (directed by Sergei Gerassimov).





Is he scale 1/9 or 1/10?
