WIP Polish standard bearer 17th cent.

    I recently started this 30mm piece, just having break to rest my eyes after painting the leopard skin. :dead:
    And especially for the Darlington Military Modelling Society... yes both sides!!!

    Marc, unfortunately the flag isn't engraved. It does give the painter freedom to choose which flag to depict but the downside will be some pretty tricky freehand work.

    I like the detail on that leopard skin - at 30mm it must have sent you cross-eyed.

    I've made a start on the flag, the design has been painted with acrylics prior to setting to work with the oils.
