    Hey Nap

Despite being totally late on this, it's all coming together in quite a fantastic fashion. The sword looks great, and I'm looking forward to seeing it all together (y)

Looking good mate. Careful though, you could do yourself an injury with that!

Good decision to replace the original resin blade with metal. Like it.

    Hi Guys

    Thanks for the comments

Phil...you are very welcome as you say it's all coming together..the sword will be the last piece to put on ( it has a pin ready to fit snuggly to the hand .)

Windy ....thanks for your concern ..not allowed to touch with it without a supervising adult !

Peter ...that very good to hear but the blade was remade in magi sculpt , sanding and a lot of patience !!!!....hopefully the shape looks accurate ..a lot of references were looked at !!!!

    Stay tuned

    Hi Keith

Thank you ...just need not to go wild with the blood! ....giving it a break tonight ..wedding anniversary tommorow ..tine to fuss over Carole I think !

    Next to do:

    the teeth ( not Carole's )
    Then ID cord
    Flesh work
    Fit webbing
    Pistol and fit
quick confirmation ...and the end is in sight !

    Thanks for looking in

    Hi Borek

Not done much more ..been working with putty to increase the line up for my bench ! .....just a little bit on the flesh ...going for it this week ..all being well ..inbetween shopping trips with SWMBO

The blood ..not going overboard with it ...close to Jose's version ..must admit a bit concerned especially on the clothing blood effects ..little by little I think !

Thanks for the congrats on the anniversary I am one lucky guy !

    Stay tuned

    Hi Guys

Been working on this again ...detailed the belt up and also have painted the wound and the blood on the sword blade ( didn't go overboard here !!)

Decided to leave off the haversack so once pistol painted I will add and detail up the cord to match the other on the torso I did .

Then add the waterbottle and the Machete , final checks , name plates on ...and finished

Next up will be the Tommy's War Liverpool Scottish bust with the corrections advised by Paul Dobson .

Here are the not brilliant pics of Lt Cairns

    Thanks for looking in
