At last figures on this sad time (for French).
Call in France: "La guerre de 70"
    Franco-Prussian War 1870 in English.
A model that does not come from France, but of England.
A model made by a craftsman obviously passionate about our Second Empire.
It's almost a shame that outside of 1 or 2 French craftsmen, this period is the English craftsman miniatures for inspiration.
And especially to the new queen scale, ie the 75mm.
But enough chatter, here are the pictures of the box (very solid) and its interior.
    Make your own opinion!
    Last words: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot, this figure is a drummer of the Grenadiers of the Guard.
According to my documentation and my reading, this uniform, especially the bearskin has come at the very beginning of the campaign.

    Hi Luc

Thank you for the review, it's always good to know that we are doing the right thing. we are going to continue with this very rich vane of history. Adam did a great job of the sculpting of this figure and Steve at Darkstar for the casting. watch this space for more releases in the very near future.
