Much as I applaud the skill/artistry involved...portrait busts don't work for me....you have to be a 'master' painter to do them justice IMHO :(

Have to agree. Not sure this will sell well as it is essentially "guy in suit" and non military (please no 'commander in chief' comments). But superb portrait and a real achievement.

Might be, depending on the "bust" part upon which this head will be placed, but then there should be at least some piece of uniform clothing, still an odd choice of subject but an excellent portrait.o_O

Why an odd choice ???? Great sculpt and nice change from Rabid Nazi's or 2000 year old dead romans...The same old same old..

Way too old. That is a 1960's JFK.

Being absolutely not in nazis, rabid or other, nor dead romans, I feel free to find this an astonishing choice of subject as it is just " a guy in a suit"! It is indeed an amazing likeness and an outstanding sculpt!

I think everyone has said just that. The comments imply that it may not sell a lot of units. We shall see.

Love it. Considering most busts are just a guy and his upper torso and no arms, whats the big difference between a suit and a uniform? Wasn't the Churchhill bust just "a guy in a suit"? The Monty bust was just a guy in a sweater. The Lincoln busts just a guy with a big hat? Maybe a Teddy Roosevelt bust will be in the pipeline as well, I can imagine what Life Miniatures could do with that smile!

Stunning sculpt and different marketing niche. I am sure it can have a large non-miniaturist customer base as well, especially in US. They can easily put out a bronzed desktop/mantlepiece option and it should fly off shelves.
