I have brought this chap from H&V miniatures.
Not knowing a great deal on French Hussars, I want to portray an officer (which the bust is) from the 6th Hussars between 1809-12.
Am I right in thinking, that the plume is at the front of the colback but what about the the 'N' above the flounders.
Any help would be great.

In Histoire & Collections Hussars Vol 2. From the 1st to 8th Regiment 1804-1812. I cannot see the officer from the front, but he doesn't appear to have the roundel at the front, although the NCO does..

For some reason I am unable to upload files, so I cannot show you the scan I took of the page.

Thank you Chris, I have left the roundel on the left side and moved the plume to the front as most show this in illustrations.
