Just arrived home from Venice which surpassed every expectation I'd had and then some.
Having OD'd on beer and pork in Bavaria the other week I spent the week drinking wine and eating pasta and seafood. Found a great wee bar overlooking the impressive equestrian statue of Bartolomeo Colleoni. If you haven't been and get the chance to go don't pass it up.

Oh I thought you said Vienna, Venice has great potential once they get the drains fixed.

Don't need a song beyond your description Derek to tell me you had a great time in your recent travels. I'm envious.
