    Hello!
Please, could anyone tell me which types od shields were used by the crusader knights during the 4th Crusade (1202-1204)?
I have in my mind the kite shield and hetear shield. But for the last one, which model?
    Please, show me.
    All the best,
    Fabrício

It was a transitional period both types were in use, often a kite shield size but with the flat edge of the heater shield was in use
