nice, but I believe there is an error in the regimental colors.

Maybe it's just because of photography, but the color of the collar and cuffs is too reddish.

The bersaglieri wore crimson, a purplish.

Another correction to be made concerns the frieze on the hat.

At the center it was carved the number of companies. you can paint it in black. the battalion number has been reported over the individual buttons

I do not remember if the figure brings the gloves shod ... for bersaglieri gloves were only blacks

Gord,Ben & Rodger thank you for the kind words it's a great bust and Gerard has taken it to another level can't wait to see what he does with the flag.:)

Brian I thought you might convert him mate ;) I know what ever you do will be of the highest standard. Thanks for the kind words mate we are always trying to do something that little bit different. Like our New Vlad it's a bit of a departure from the norm. we will keep bringing out the different subjects and hope people like what we are trying to do(y)

We are so very lucky to have Gerard with us on this mad journey, every piece he has done for us as been of the highest standard and always a pleasure to look at and enjoy the skill that both him and the sculptor bring the subject to life.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank the team behind Ellie's Miniatures it's some thing I think is over due.

Gerard, Juan Perez, Pepe Gallardo, Steve R, Paul Derrek, Bill Sprint and Roland are the artists that have breathed life into the figures on our web site along with Carl Reid, Moz, Diego Fortes,Offo, Dae Yhoung Kim, Adam McMasters, Chris Keogh, the late Pete Morton & Paul Phillips who have sculpted some wonderful figures for us these are the people that make Ellie's Miniatures come to life. and of course all the other guys and girls that have kept us on track you know who you are a BIG thank you.

I just thought it was time to give a nod to the people who along with my self and Ellie try and bring you the best product we can. and as a last word we thank all our customers old and new with out you we could not run this crazy business THANK'S
