I've been thinking the same thing Wayne, where did Einion go?
Too bad he's not around PF anymore. Seemed like a true expert on colour theory, and other stuff.

Oh man, for years he has steered me into the right direction. He does not know it but I owe him a lot to how well I paint now.

Wayne I think you may have discovered the reason why Einion no longer makes an appearance around this site "I don't get it.You cliquey guys got something to say without going off course?.What am I missing." Einion always appeared pretty serious about this hobby and his painting so I think he's found a new home with more like minded contributors .I agree with you some threads need to stay on track .

The Lounge over the years has always been an area where topics go off piste, it's got nothing to do with being cliquey, that's just the nature of it and all the better for that as far as I'm concerned.
I would say that most of the modellers on this site, including the ones who take a lateral view of modelling life are at very least serious about their hobby and contribute to the serious debate in equal measure, they just don't take it too seriously.
Strange that by now nobody seems to have answered the original question.

Just like real life, there are lots of clubs here on the net. You have to find one that suits you and you can't effectively join them all. I guess that's the message in the video above.
