Got a soft spot for this period, and as its a Latorre, its got to be good.

Really nice....sole criticism is that I would have preferred a hat ....or perhaps an alternate head.

I would have preferred a more dramatic post like Latorre's earlier Confederates, but I see a use for this one and will take what I can get.

Would look really good with Moz's 75mm Confederate pvt leaning on the fence (which is lurking somewhere in my GA).

A fine painted piece, but he looks alone .

Standing defiantly in a firing line, a couple of guys firing or loading around him would complete things. Love it great work

I put this on my wish list, then fifteen minutes later I caught my credit card trying to run away and hide and ordered it.

I really like this guy and I want to paint him. He facial expression is very intense, but his body pose appears casual. Something is missing. I would agree that he needs some fellow soldiers beside him ready to advance or perhaps firing in line. Are you listening Art Girona?
