Hi Folks,

As soon as I saw this bust being released by CGS Miniatures it was a must-have.
The tattered uniform has been excellently rendered by Pavol; and Colin's (crf on PF) post on French blue cloth was very timely for me.
The paints are my usual mix of enamels, oils, acrylics and printer's ink.

Superb work thanks for posting, also the first painted I have seen.
Lovely work The leather cross strap with the White flaking and cracking looks absolutely top notch, very very realistic.

This feller looks really Pissed off, you have done a good job on painting this one , excellent.

I'm very pleased you like him Graham, he was great fun to paint. The remnant of one epaulette and a second loose button (not mentioned in your original post) certainly added to the overall tattered appearance.

Andrew .......mmmmmmm...... Lovely job mate top notch.
I can't get the page to give you more than just 'a like', and you deserve more.

The epaullete strap and hanging button on the shoulder is a great touch.
I got one, just started it, absolutely the doggies danglies isn't it ?
I'm gonna have to change the way I finish mine so we have variety,
and there is scope for that too.

Gra... There's so much kit here it's great value as always from you.
