 Hi All sorry for earlier false start.
I've got a few projects on the go that I'm lavishing some time and effort on so for a little light relief I decided to tackle some of the 'elephants in the corner'. You know what I mean half painted, half forgotten, half loved figures. I'm doing my Celts and then my 54mm Romans. I'm going to try some new techniques and not worry too much about the end result.
The Latorre figure is on the TM Leonidas vignette base ( never liked the Leonidas figure but the dead Hoplite is superb). I've since added a TM charging Celt. The figure near completion is a Pegaso and I can't remember who made Vercingetorix.
The 3 figure vignette is all Pegaso and will be one of the 'projects'. which I'll update weekly.
    Cheers
    Derek

Are you having a water feature on the Celt's base Derek?
Glad you're working through the back log,;)

Hi Carl plan is to have a body of water at front with a small stream running down between the standard bearer and chief. The concept is to have 'sacrificial' weapons in the sediment at the bottom of the pool.... might add a couple of heads somewhere just for the hell of it. Should be able to post near completed basework at the end of the week with much better photos.
    Cheers

I like this combination of the three models believe that perfectly match each other and with the appropriate paint, and the corresponding decor in the contract will be divine!

    Thanks

Thanks for the support, I should have the 'solid' groundwork finished and painted by Saturday or Sunday. 'Solid water' should take about three days after that.
