Arnhem part IV.

    The filter Ive aplied over the camo took away much contrast in the shading, so tonight after taking the pictures below Ive enchanced them with a mix of black and matt varnish to make the paint transparent and let the camo show through. This trick is neat for beginners as it need little blending. Ive also outlined the webbing further more in the process.

    The soles and the shoes also have been painted during this evening.

    Regarding the base, it is going to recieve some drybrushing, washing and pastels over the weekend and in that order. Some chipping will be done on the helmet and piping mainly.

    Looks great sofar. If you can tone down the red from the bricks a bit it will be a stunning vignette. Keep up the good work,

    I hope the wash Ive mentioned which perhaps is better described as a mix of a filter and a wash shall take care of the toning down.

    Tomorrow eventually I will know. :lol:
