    Hi guys,

I am writing a few words down about my life while I can still remember it all and I remember whilst in the British Army in the early 80s I used to see a sign in the doctors waiting room. The sign said, "When you feel like the bottom has dropped out of your world, take .......and watch the world drop out of your bottom."
I can't remember the name of the medicine itself. Do any old soldiers out there remember this?

No, that's not it. It was definately some form of liquid medicine that was used as a "cure all".

No, it's none of these. It seems it wasn't as popular as I thought.

Tinc Benz, but I wouldn't drink it.
    Other option could be Lactulose.

Exlax is a possibility. But I think it was a longer word, like Covonia, but not Covonia if you know what I mean.
