    Since its a brutal criticism section, apart from observation that its superbly done in most respects,

    I think veins on the hands are way too over pronounced/ over highlighted, there is a unfortunate transition of folds on the sleeve and cuff into what looks like folds on the hand - they create illusion of rubber.

    I suspect its sculpted that way, but its something painter can change.
    I would tone it down a bit (also veins that are that prominent are more likely to have a blue tinge).

    That's what, in my opinion, will make a superb bust even better.
