Yo ho, yo ho...

All done. I took the infamous pirate Anne Bonny around the Port of Zeebrugge in Belgium for a final photoshoot, before officially handing her over to the authorities. Just kidding. I gave her as a surprise to my brother-in-law Jan, who is a genuine shipwright with his own wharf in the dead center of the harbour and who is always helping me out with materials and advice. I made the gannet myself, the chest is from an old German RPG boardgame, Dark World/Das Schwarze Auge.

It's not meant to be a historically accurate piece, obviously. I mean, look at her, then at the engravings ;-)

A lovely little piece! A lot to look at even at 75mm! Very well done. You have the same attention to detail on the 'Sea-Gull', as you do the main figure!

Ps, That 'Kraken Rum', is deceptively smooth .. and easy ! ..I do remember sort of.

Haven't been able to sample the Kraken yet, but it's my sister's bottle, so I'm sure I will soon ;-)
