WIP Anglo Saxon Bust (Coppergate Helmet)

    Hi Guys working on this bust from Friendship Models,face and helmet complete except for the nasal guard.Cloak still to be painted,flesh in oils metals in acrylics.This is a lovely simple one piece casting apart from the very fine casting of the nasal guard.Hope to have this finished very soon.

    Brilliant work again Dave,this is really excellent and so lifelike !!! Is this a new release ??It reminds me of the old Fort Royal bust but I suspect that this lad has been sculpted by Pete Morton ???

    Beautifully done David. The subtle reflection of the cloak colour on the lower surfaces of the hemet comes through quite well in the photos so will look brilliant in the 'flesh'.
    Sculpting of the mail looks about as good as it gets.
    Should be a winner for Ian.
