    Hi Kev, to be honest with you, i paint whatever i feel like painting at that particular momet or depends the time i have to paint, sometimes work and obviously family does not make me have time to go on for hours, so i paint snall parts .

    You could not have saying it more accurate than that, white and violet or purple it's very Aristocratic, regal , and it is a nice combination

    I am changing some of the heads, that way it will be some variation amongst the infantrymen.
    I had 3 hatless heads from front rank, i cut it the top part of their heads , and added 3 hats from trident which i clipped the original heads and adapted to these 3 .

    Line the way the cream coat is looking

    Different whites on the trousers I presume !

    Yes my Friend, the idea is to have a warm white on the coat, a semi warm on the vest and pants and cold white on the gaiters .
    I hope it will show on the pics later on.

    Have you tried the uniform dip paints Daniel ?
    they do make complicated jobs easier.
    This is one of my favourites it's really helpful.

    Tartan paint !
    Available by regimental pattern.
    that one is 'Dress Leslie' and is available in 75mm and 120mm scale......54mm and gamers are in waterslide decals.


    Some of the above may not be completely true.

    you have to be careful there is a tourist tartan paint that's just a joke.
    So please do stick to proper suppliers
