Despite the workbench groaning under the stuff I have underway at the moment I couldn't help but start something else just to satisfy my own cuiriosity.
I am quite pleased how the armour and the horse turned out on the Wallenstein figure, can I do it on a 30mm? Well we'll see.

Looking forward to seeing how you get on with this one Roger. Going by what you did with the 45mm flat, I'm sure it'll be another cracker (y)

This is a Ludwig Frank engraving which is always a sign of quality.

I'd say that's on a par with a well engraved flat!

What?! Are you mad? A combination of black and white, probably the two most difficult horse colours there are!
    Sounds like a challenge. ;)

You must be thinking of my long lost Scottish cousin, Wullie Tumshie.

If you saw the size of the cavalry arm of my grey army Ron you'd know why, that and the fact I think I know how to paint 'em now. :D
