    Hello Figureteers!

Well, 12 is 12 no matter the size? ;)

Heres pictures taken by Peter Holst at the last weekends big show in Sweden. Its the CSS Tennessee in 1/160.

Im however going to touch it up with some cargo on the boardwalk and some civilians, as well as touch up the frame and waves a bit.

I've always found the Confederate ironclads interesting and even better with sailors on the deck! Great job.

Wow! Those pictures sure bring back fond memories!! That is my old stomping grounds, where I went to my very first show back in 1993! It is good to see some excellent models and familiar places and faces.

Thanks for sharing and tell the guys I said howdy next time you see them!

Not sure I understand the title. However, great work

I finally got a chance to go thru all the photos that Peter took at the show.
I've been going to contests and model shows since 1966, as I didn't start
building models until I was 28 yrs. old. These entries are some of the best I
    have ever seen.

First I want to say that the photographs are of very high quality. In a rather
low light situation as most venues for a model competition would be, the
quality of the photos, and the sharpness of the focus is outstanding. And I do
    not use those words lightly.

Most every image I looked at showed very artistic and creative skill and
thinking. . . to come up with a story line or a composition that wasn't what
we usually see. The dioramas were incredible! And I can say the same for
the Armor models. . . and especially the bi-plane entries.

I am surprised that not many have even commented about these outstanding
models save for the Iron Clad, which was very good. But there was so much
more of outstanding quality and that showed such artistic and creative
thinking. Wow, what an inspiration for a model builder.
