    Hello.
I've just got MMM's 11th Hussars sergeant, sculpted by M. Corry. I think it's a smashing piece but there are a few details I wonder if any one could help with.

Sabretache-plain black leather. Should this have 2 or 3 straps or does it in fact matter.

Badge of rank- 3 chevrons right sleeve above cuff. Most examples seem to show these on the upper arm but I'm sure they're fine as depicted-could someone just reassure me !

Pelisse-silly question but......how was it secured?

Cap lines-would they be used at all times ie when no imminent action ( same with the chin-strap)

I think that's it for now but if any one has any thing else to help that would be lovely. Thanks.

Thanks Geoff. Some of the comments seemed a bit harsh but I hadn't picked up the missing collar detail. The casting on myfigure is-excellent.

Generally 3 straps for officers, 2 for OR's.

Thanks for that. Two for my chap then, and presumably only two D-rings. I've not found any refs for OR sabretaches let alone photos.
