I’ve a book about him as he lived in the area I grew up in (I use grow up in the loosest Sense - in reality my toys just became more expensive). He was eccentric but did cause the legalisation of cremation in Wales and England.He did many wonderful things during his life and in fact was one of the sanest men ever.

The figures are "cheaper" because customers from outside the European Union are not required to pay VAT. The prices are clearly marked as such on our website showing prices including and excluding VAT. There are no hidden charges and shipping is pretty reasonable. It is charged by weight at cost. The only recommendation that we make is that if you are purchasing items over £80 or Limited Edition kits, we would recommend customers to use a Tracked or Signed shipping service. There are no other fees.

The only thing which we have no control over are Customs charges but these are dependent on the destination country. Some customers get charged and others do not so it is hard to tell how these are applied at times.

I live in Switzerlarnd which is outside the European Union though surrounded by it. I have used El Greco several times and they do a fantastic job of getting the prices of each item in the order correct for the country which the item(s) is/ are supposed to be delivered to. Moreover their postage charges are always correct. Finally I bought a limited edition kit which had a pretty visible part missing, they tracked it down, got it for me and sent it to me at no additional cost to me.

More terrific service from El Greco.
Bought a figure from them last year at the Plymouth show, but failed to do a full check of the contents.
Pulled it out very recently and found an arm missing.
Contacted Celine, and the part came through the letter box next day.
That's truly super customer service.
