Do You Regret Selling a Particular Kit

I was just wondering if like me you have ever sold a kit from your grey army and then regretted it at a later time . For me it was a 54 mm Da Tare Mounted Polish winged Hussar .
The reason being my colour blindness is getting worse and I think my figure painting days are pretty much over . I went for a hearing test last week and the nurse called me through, told me to take a seat in the Red chair and she would be back in awhile . I was still stood up when she returned and I had to ask which one is the Red Chair . So I have been going through my stash of models wondering what I can still paint but once I had them all laid out I came to the conclusion that I still wanted to keep what I had even if I never get round to do anything with them as I like just having the kit .
I will still do a few old cannons and WW1 planes and figures in browns .

Chippy thst is so sad to hear.
Is there any way we could help you to code your paint si that you could carry on?
My dad was colour blind so we wouldn't let him change a
3pin plug top till they changed the colours.

No Because I have never have never sold any.
BUT I do regret purchasing a couple as at the time of
buying It was strongly intimated by the seller that there
were more to follow which would make a nice groupe.

    Oh hum

Well Gordon I do regret flogging you that La Fortezza French-Canadian pair last year with the wrong parts in the box! :ROFLMAO:
All very embarrassing because I'm usually very fastidious about checking the contents before I sell anything. (n)

Other than that no not really. Only a couple of Pegaso 75s, but they were easy enough to replace.

Sorry to read about your color-blindness problem. And I take your point about owning a kit all being part of the enjoyment of the hobby, even though most of us have far more in the stash than we'll ever get round to painting in one lifetime. Just like any form of collecting. That's how I justify it to 'Er Indoors anyway! (y)

Ceremonial Studios 90mm Conan the Barbarian with a girl clinging to his leg,a great kit sculpted by Richard Almond and I let a friend have it as I thought that I could replace it any time.....No..Ceremonial Studios ceased trading and I never got a kit again.....sad.
