Cheers for the welcome guys, I think my tastes vary somewhat tends to be more about the figure and the colour scheme,
That said I am interested in the ACW and Vietnam (but that's more for 1:35 and armoured)
Been old school I used to do everything in humbrol enamels and oil, but I'm trying to paint solely in acrylics now, after coming back to the hobby. I'm just hoping to get more time to do it and get better!!

And as for our personal collecting or painting tastes, well, I like to paint toy soldiers in gloss finish, concentrating on the Seven Years War and our Revolution, and the Imperial German Army. But I build airplanes, ships and Maschinen Krieger. So there are all kinds here!
