Hi Planeteers,
Ok here it goes, this is my first serious attempt at a figure, have used Vallejo paints and greenstuff. Have left out the photo's of early stages but will try and list it and of course I must mention I haven't finished this chap yet. Decided to remove the rank of this fellow but added the years of service plus his marksmen badge as well. I didn't like the left arm of the original so decided to have it tucked in to the body more. Changed the collar so it's not as high and in the same area added more beard underneath and hair around the back of his head. Added part of the strap for his canteen still another part to add and also made his feet larger as the originals were far to small looking. I think thats about it, any advice is welcome guy's.

Many thanks gents! Scotty you can get this particular guy off eBay, thinking of maybe putting a couple together or something. I've got a wire armature with some greenstuff on it as an early stage 120mm figure possibly have a crack at a scratch built one, but don't want to bite off more than I can chew. Thanks again guys for the kind comments and likes.

I managed to source some of the pics of earlier stages of the figure. Been rootin around with phones memory cards and computers with viruses so I'm a bit here and there with posts and doing them on my mobile phone so apologies for the way these photos are turning out.

Not to far off finishing this, been adjusting a couple of things here and there, main problem is to do with posting the pictures and logging in to my account as I seem to have two, stoffy and stoffy01???
