Special precious creatures they are mate for sure,

How glad I am to be minutes away from a protected
area for reds on the Formby coast.

Wonderful to watch, just to sit and see their behaviour.
They are brave energetic resourceful and patient.

Not forgetting they are also the only british species that
can climb with their nuts in their mouth.
