Hello all. Just getting back in to the world of figure modeling after a very long break, like others here. I have been lurking for a bit, and have seen some incredible work. Hopefully I can get some wip pics up as soon as I figure out how everything works. First goal is to just to successfully finish a piece first before working on detail refinements. Cheers all.

Welcome! I used to live in Maryland too. Are you aware of the figure painting group in the DC area? If you're anywhere near DC I highly recommend checking out their monthly meetings. Sites like PlanetFigure are great for learning new techniques and getting inspired by lots of great work, but actually chatting with people in person is hard to beat.
