Hot on the heels of its official release,. this is my version of this magnificent 200 mm figure.
I managed to prize a pre-release from Gordon's vice-like grip at a recent model show.
The sculpt is by Moz and it's one of his best todate. The braiding/lacing to the dolman and pelisse is first class...One or two tweaks still to do.....Usual oils over acrylics.....Mike

Very nice painting, can't wait for the oil to go on. I bet it didn't take a lot to prise out of his hand.
Im tempted with bloody 3 now. choices, choices, choices.

Excellent job. I have to admit that I am sorely tempted to get this one and your painted version is giving me a big shove in its favor. Does it include the base or is that something that you did yourself? Either way I like the presentation.

    Wonderful work.
I had hold of one of these yesterday.

(To be honest I gave it a little cuddle).

I am having one for sure at some point.

    Useless to resist isn't it?

    Paul.

Fantastic paintwork Mike. I like the base you have used. A dog looking up at thin would just finish it off.
    Thanks for sharing the pics.
    Cheers
