Hi there, this is my first self sculpted figure, so don't laugh so I can hear it ;)

Anyhow, just wanted to post and get some opinions on anatomy and such, I know can do a hell of alot better with some more practise... I'm working on that.
I haven't given him any arms yet for the jacket, but they are soon to arrive plus a head and hands, the boots are from a Dragon figure, but I'll replace them as soon as I have figured out to make my own.

The figure should represent a soldier refueling the Lanz Bulldog, hope you'll like it;

Tjena Kristoffer!

Great to see so many Swedes sculpting these days!

I think the over all feel of the figure is a little heavy, he looks a little bulky so to speak.

Its a little hard form the angles to say how the anatomy is, perhaps one of the more experienced people on this board can help you with that.

I think the most important thing is that you are starting and willing to learn, Im sure you will learn a lot with this first project and the next one will be a lot easier for you.

Keep it up!!

Kristoffer, You're off to a good start. Things like anatomy and drapery come with practice. You've taken the big step by doing it.~Gary

Hi Anders thx for commenting my post :-)
Yes the figure is quite chubby I must admit, lets say he's got a good deal with the company chef :-)

Thanks again Anders,
Från det ena till det andra, vad har du för dig i USA då...?

Thank you Gary, it's quite fun to try the art of sculpting out for awhile, been doing too much armor models the last 20 years :lol: so now it's time to learn something new...

Thanks again,
Kristoffer
